Scheduling & Appointment Terms

All appointments with CraftoftheAir, LLC are conducted remotely to provide you with maximum convenience, unless otherwise specified for on-site services. Remote sessions will include video interaction; however, if you prefer a non-video format, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your preference.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, and rescheduling will not be available. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will also fall under this policy.

For an optimal experience, please ensure you have access to a smart device with a reliable internet connection for remote appointments.

Certain consulting engagements may require additional documentation to be completed prior to the start of the appointment. These documents could include but are not limited to, the Consulting Services Agreement, Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and Legal Responsibility Clause (LRC). Please make sure to review, sign, and return any required documents before your consultation begins. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of your appointment.
