Professor Brian Bermudez is a federally licensed FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) mechanic, college professor, and an airframe and powerplant curriculum director with nearly a decade of experience teaching and mentoring the next generation of aircraft maintenance technicians. Beyond the classroom, he has worked hands-on in both general and commercial aviation, including major airline line maintenance and independent aircraft consulting.
As the founder of Craft of the Air, he blends real-world expertise with a teacher’s passion—breaking down complex FAA subjects into clear, practical lessons.
